Mac Knives are increasingly popular with home cooks and professionals alike. Manufactured in Japan, Mac knives feature thin, flexible blades which glide effortlessly through fruits, vegetables, meats and fish. Their knives are hardened to 57-61 degrees Rockwell C which makes them able to keep their sharpness longer and hold a razor sharp edge. Many reviewers like the light weight and even balance.
