Here are our favorite Steak Knives.

Shun steak knife set: This was our favorite steak knife set that we tried. The knives are well balanced and very sharp out of the box. We loved the handles and the fit and finish were tops.

Wusthof steak knives: This set of classic steak knives works well and is attractive. The knives use german steel which is a bit soft but works well in this application. The handles are good with excellent fit and finish. Unlike the Shun knives above these are dishwasher safe.
