All American Pressure Canner Review

The All American Pressure Canner has been hailed as the best on the market and it is easy to see why. It is a heavyweight canner that has all the features of an industrial strength unit. The construction is first rate and you can be sure that there will never be a blowout, something that can happen regularly with other brands.

It has a weighted pressure gauge that makes this unit almost foolproof to use. The accompanying guidelines and instruction manual are 2nd to none and leave nothing to chance. There are tips on safety as well as full instructions on how to use the unit, not to mention dozens of recipes.

One of the greatest benefits in using the All American Pressure Canner is that it does not use gaskets. The unique 'metal on metal' seals mean that you will never have to worry about gaskets again. This is one of the greatest advantages as many other brands which produced gasket units did not keep up the production of gaskets for older models. This left the owners of those older models in the lurch.

This feature will also save you a lot of money in the long run because you won't have to buy any replacement gaskets, which can cost up to $20 each.

Long-time users have claimed that these pressure canners will last for generations as the heavy duty construction means they are almost indestructible. So you can expect 30 or more years out of your canner and look forward to producing thousands of cans.

You also have a choice of 6 sizes meaning you can prepare food for a small family or an army! The largest model can hold 14 quart jars at a time.

If you're worried about safety, you can rest easy. This unit does not have the standard number of locking screws, it has 6! This makes it extremely safe to use under any circumstances, even with children in the kitchen. It also has 3 locking hooks to stop the lid from blowing off when the screws are released. There is also a rubber pressure gasket in the lid of the unit that will release the steam if the pressure gets too high. Every safety angle is covered.

Replacement parts are easy to obtain too, as this company has been around for a long time and looks like it will be around for hundreds of years to come. They will even send free safety labels to you when the old ones wear out.

It has to be said that the All American Canner is an all-round well constructed, heavy duty, safety-oriented canner for any family.
